    HyperHEPA Filtration

    The IQAir Atem HyperHEPA filter is the same type of filter which is used in other IQAir air purifiers. It is based on IQAir’s patented HyperHEPA technology which is made from a mixture of synthetic and anorganic fibers that has a surface area of 0.3 m2. The IQAir Atem HyperHEPA filter has an efficiency of over 99% for particles down to 0.3 microns and is able to effectively remove: allergens, dust, mould spores, pet dander, viruses and bacteria. The IQAir Atem HyperHEPA filter uses only mechanical filtration and does not use ionisation which releases Ozone.
