The IQAir GC AM air purifier is equipped with four advanced filter cartridges that filter a wide spectrum of pungent odours and particle pollution. The IQAir GC AM is part of IQAir's GC series and functions as a professional gas mask. The IQAir GC AM air purifier removes odour related air pollution in residential, professional, as well as commercial settings.
The IQAir GC AM air purifier offers businesses or individuals advanced filtration for pungent odours/ ammonia and amines control. The IQAir GC AM filter system consists of a "Class A" HEPA Pre-Filter and a gas filter consisting of 5.4kg/12lbs of gas-phase media that is specially designed to control levels of ammonia, amines, ammonia-based odours and particulates. Tobacco protein is a precursor to amines present in the smoke particulate phase of tobacco smoke.

- Micro-Particle Filtration
through high-efficiency HEPA pre-filter, for capturing pollen, pet, dust mite, and mould allergens. HEPA class H11 filter with high-capacity mini-pleat design solvent-free separators and a surface area of 3.0 sqm. The Pre Filter of the GC AM is CFC-free. - Odour and Gas Elimination
IQAir GC AM has four gas and odour control filter cartridges. They work simultaneously to filter a broad range of gaseous and chemical substances. The filtration technology of the GC AM air purifier reduces for instance ammonia and several low-molecular amines effectively. The large surface area of the gas and odour filter cartridges enables a high airflow rate, and in combination with the leakage free construction, the GC AM is the most efficient air purifier for odour, chemical and gas removal. - Fine Dust Removal
GC AM has a final stage made of four Post-Filter Sleeves. They are electrostatically charged fiber filters that capture fine dust particles totaling a surface area of half a square meter. This eliminates activated carbon and chemisorption abrasion particles.
