Return Policy

Allergy Cosmos offers you a 30-day, no-hassle return policy. For health and safety reasons we can not accept returns for air purifiers and air purifier replacement filters if they have been turned on or used (even if it was just for a moment) and/ or if their packaging seal has been broken. All items must be returned in their original packaging. This also applies to refurbished or ex- showroom air purifiers.

If you are not sure if a product is right for you, give us a call. We always look forward to talking with you, answer all your questions, and help you to assess if the product in question can meet your expectations. You can also visit our showroom in London if you want to see the products and get a demonstration of it by one of our advisers. 

On general returns (excluding returns for repairs under warranty), the outbound shipping costs (including promotional shipping) will not be refunded. For non warranty returns, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the product to us at their expense and to adequately insure the products during shipping. The customer is fully responsible for return orders which are lost, misdirected or damaged during shipment. Customers wishing to return an order must request a return authorisation code first. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned orders that have not been assigned and clearly marked with the customer specific return authorisation code. 

The warranty of our products covers parts and labour as well as return shipping. If the air purifier or any part thereof (with the exception of filters) is proven to be defective by reason of faulty workmanship or materials, the faulty item or parts thereof, will be repaired or replaced free of charge. The warranty for replaced parts and service work will expire automatically with the termination of the original system's warranty.

The warranty of our products does not apply to damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, modification or use in an improper or inconsistent manner with the manufacturer's operating and maintenance instructions. Obvious defects must be communicated in writing with us within 10 days of purchase date. Shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. 

To file a warranty claim, please contact us first. Permission to return a product does not constitute an acceptance of liability. After the arrival of the return product the product will be inspected carefully. If the fault is covered by the warranty, the product will be repaired free of charge.  Should the fault not be covered by the warranty, a repair and transport quote will be issued.  That quote will need to be accepted in writing before repair work can be carried out.
