Shipping policy

 

All our orders are dispatched using a next working day courier service.

Orders received by 1:00 pm from Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, while orders received after 1:00 pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Orders over £49.99

  • Orders over £49.99 are eligible for FREE Next Day shipping to mainland UK addresses.

Orders under £49.99

  • Orders below £49.99, Next day delivery to mainland UK addresses is available at a cost of £5.99.

Couriers

For smaller deliveries under 5kg we use Parcelforce. Whilst for larger deliveries we use a DPD. We have a variety of courier options available, if you have a particular preference, please get in touch with us before placing your order.

You will receive an email prior to delivery with containing tracking information. From this you will be able to view your delivery window.

  • Next Working Day Before Noon: £18.00
  • Saturday Delivery: £19.00 (We need to receive your order by 12:30 on Friday in time for Saturday delivery).

International Shipping

  • If you require shipping outside of the UK, please contact us at orders@allergycosmos.co.uk or call us at 020 3176 0713. International Shipping costs may vary, and restrictions may apply.

Important Note- IQAir

Allergy Cosmos exclusively sells IQAir products for use within the UK and only ships IQAir products to locations within the UK. Our IQAir products come with a UK warranty only.

For orders of IQAir products destined for locations outside of the UK, please contact IQAir directly at info@incen.com.

 

Frequently Asked Questions about shipping:

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders placed before 1pm on a weekday are dispatched on the same day and should be delivered on the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm or on the weekend will be processed for dispatch on the next working day and delivered on the next working day.

Do you offer free delivery?

All orders over £50 (not including shipping fee) include free delivery.

Which couriers companies do you use?

For smaller orders, we use Parcelforce and for larger deliveries we use DPD. Please contact us before your order is shipped if you have any specific delivery queries.

Will the delivery person contact me before delivery?

You are able to view your delivery slot from your tracking details. Delivery drivers, generally do not have the ability to make phone calls directly to customers.

When will I receive my tracking number?

The dispatch email, along with the tracking number, will be sent on the afternoon of dispatch.

Can you deliver on Saturdays?

Yes. For any Saturday delivery requests, please contact us by Friday at 1pm if you would like to have your order delivered on a subsequent Saturday.

Where do I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be sent by email to the email address you used to place your order. Please also check your spam/junk folder if you cannot find it in your inbox.

I can’t find my delivery. What should I do next?

If the tracking details shows your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please check if you have received a card from the courier. If not, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the order shipping confirmation.
